My 80+ year old had this product and has used it for so many years. I was so glad to find this in your catalogue and is an excellent proeduct and would highly recommend. Great value for what it does and of excellent workmanship

I bought this item some months ago and when visiting my local Lakeland store the other day I noticed that the display model had a central spindle for lifting the basket. I then realised that mine was missing. Not very happy.

A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review. Sounds as though the spindle was missing from your box, so our colleagues in store will be able to sort things out for you.
Fantastic product, have been using it for years. Have decided that one isn't enough and to order a second one.

I bought this a little while ago but am very disappointed as one of the little feet has fallen off and the centre has also now fallen out. Would have considered the two tier one if it wasn't for my disappointment with this one.

A note from the team: I'm sorry to learn that the basket had become faulty. I'll be in touch shortly.

Having a small kitchen I am unable to store kitchen items for every eventuality so this little steamer has just come into its own. I have used it to blanch 3-person portions of runner beans ready for freezing. It is so much easier than my old method. Well done Lakeland and thank you.

I bought this little basket specifically for use in my pressure cooker and I have to say that it's excellent. It is perfect for the job and easy to remove and clean. One point, when mine arrived, one of the feet was loose, so I called customer services to arrange to return it for replacement. The lady I spoke to told me not to bother returning it, but sent a replacement at once. I received it the following day. Tell me, who could ask for better service than that?!

Had this several years - and really so easy to use and sturdy. Fits all my pots except smallest. Only thing to note is that the wee lifty knob is metal and gets hot - so grab tongs or a towel first. However sturdy, it cannot survive the impossible. I tend to wander off and have managed to boil pans dry. The basket survived years of such abuse until yesterday when I took it super hot out of a very baked dry pan, stuck it on a plastic chopping board and welded it there! Not unreasonably, one of the wee ball feet came of when I tried to unweld it. Such a loss to my kitchen that I am immediately buying a new one.
