Bought this to replace a very old ss saucepan when the handle broke off. I am so impresssed with this little saucepan that I'm trying to find a good reason to replace the others from the previous set whose handles are still intact.

Whilst this range has some good features such as soft grip/heat resistant handles and a sturdy, solid feel,I find that when using them for boiling veg etc the water splatters over the lid causing a mess. I have tried keeping the heat low but then the food doesn't cook. Very frustrating. For me they are not a success

A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry the pans have been a disappointment and will be in touch shortly.
You've done it again Lakeland”
Have ordered a lot from you in the past whilst l was in England and when l moved to Spain l had left most of my household 'stuff' at home. So when l found l needed some more pans you were the first company l thought of but was unsure whether you would deliver here. YEAH. You do - and VERY quickly. So all you Lakeland lovers in Spain - get ordering!! The pans are exactly what l expected from Lakeland - nice and heavy which makes for good cooking, good handles on these (very easy to hold), simple to get hold of handles on the lids and attractive as well. Thank you yet again Lakeland.

A worthy replacement”
I bought this to replace a Prestige copper-based saucepan which had given many years' excellent service. Although taking a while for liquids to boil despite using water from a kettle - presumably due to the thickness of the base - it cooks food well and cleans up so easily that I'm just about to order the 18cm. I'd have loved to have purchased an entire set and got the milk pan free but the outlay was too much in one fell swoop. Would be nice if Lakeland allowed customers to build up goodwill by purchasing the pans over a set period of time and then letting them have the milk pan.

I am very pleased with my saucepan. It's ideal for what I want although smaller than I thought it would be. However it makes up for that in how deep the saucepan is. All in all a wonderful product. Very pleased indeed.

we bought the 16cm 18cm and 20cm and got the milk pan free. theyre really good quality and have thick sturdy bases. we looked at ones in other stores and these turned out to be better value with the deal of getting the milk pan free.
