"is it bad luck?"

I received my grinder and loved the look of it. My daughter and son-in-law called for coffee and I was anxious to show off the grinder. But when I came to switch it on it was dead, after just 4 days use. A call to customer services resulted in Lakeland sending me a replacement. I received this a few days ago & used it twice but this morning this one is also dead. I am now in the process of packing both up to send back to Lakeland, after a further phone call to customer services. Have I just been unlucky? I am very disappointed. I star only! Thanks to the lovely girls in customer services.
