'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

To save myself money and postage, I bought a "similar" product from my local shop. How I wish I had gone to Lakeland as usual!! These are the best icing bags I have ever used.....on my third box so far. Nothing else compares and it's worth paying the postage even if this is the only item you order!

'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

I have been using these bags for a few years now. They are by far the best I have ever used. They are easy to use, and feel comfortable whilst in use. They are strong and durable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I'd never tried piping bags before, but these are great. The non-stick finish makes it so much less messy than the icing guns I have tried in the past.

Not "super strong" unfortunately.by Ruth

'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

These are brilliant for icing and meringue, they do exactly what they claim and I have never have a problem. Being "super strong" piping bags I thought they would be ideal for piping Viennese fingers for a WI charity bake sale. Unfortunately this was not the case. The bag started to stretch and balloon on one side, so much so the plastic actually went clear as the blue grippy coating split and spread. I ended up with a huge bulge and difficulty in holding the misshapen bag. Luckily it didn't actually burst, but it was a close call.

'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

these are fine for icings etc but when i tried to pipe viennese whirls instead of the dough being piped the nozzle was pushed out, yet when i tried with another brand they worked. I have also noticed when securing the nozzle the bag does stretch slightly so they could be a lot stronger!

'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

I normally use the clear plastic disposable bags but thought I would give these a try. Nice large size which is handy when frosting large amounts. Very impressed at their grippiness even if the frosting leaks out they remain grippy. I will definitely be buying these again instead of the usual ones. Very pleased & would recommend.

These bags are brilliant. Since using them for the first time, i've not used anything else. Would love to see them in a small size for detail work as well.

the best piping bags I've usedby Emma

'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

I first bought these bags a year ago to add frosting to my giant cupcake and mini cupcakes for a birthday party. I've used material bags before but found them a little difficult to clean completely and got frustrated. I love that these will fit all my nozzles both tiny and large and are disposable meaning I don't have the tedious job of cleaning up either! I've used them to pipe meringues, caramel, chocolates, icing, frosting, biscuit mix . . . the list is probably endless. Plus they really are grippy bags too! Perfect again lakeland!

So easy to use and then just throw away (although others have suggested they could be re-used), these bags make a newly-converted cupcake maker very happy!

Awful. Won't buy these again!by Caroline

'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

I'm a professional cake decorator and usually buy my piping bags online but I needed some in a hurry and couldn't wait for delivery. These were truly dreadful quality. As soon as I tried to pipe the bag stretched out of shape, developing clear strech marks and bubbles. I had to wrap it in a tea towel to get sufficient pressure on the bag for any icing to come out and many of the bags burst. This happened with all the bags, even when using Italian Meringue buttercream which is very soft. Luckily I was able to borrow some bags otherwise I wouldn't have finished in time! Very disappointed sorry.

'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

Very pleased with the disposable piping bags . I use them for making vienese whirls with a shortbread mixture and they worked very well . Lovely grip on the outside . I see no reason why they shouldn't be used a few times as long as theyare properly washed and dried in between uses

'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

What a lovely fuss free product! My 9 yr old son and I used these bags for the first time and we both found them easy to fill and easy to grip even with small nervous hands. I loved them because there was no washing up and I am happy to pay for the privilege of not washing an awkward sticky bag. Will be buying more for our Christmas baking sessions.

'Get a Grip' Piping Bags

As a total novice when it comes to piping, I bought these bags following the good reviews and advice I had read here. I was certainly not disappointed. The bags were easy to use and the grip was perfect. I was pleased with the results from my very first attempt at icing cupcakes!

I have been using these for over a year now and wouldn't use any other type. They have never split and the grip on the outside make them so easy to hold. I have even given friends a few off my roll to try and they have all been converted to using them.
