“Good buy

I have been making jam for several years and previous thermometers were very unreliable. This one however, has worked each time and and the resulting jam has been spot on. Have also used it for fudge making, and again it was reliable.

“Does exactly what it says!

Found it great, easy to use and nice and clear. So much easier than all the messing around with trying to drop sugar into water and see if it will set! Good value too. 4 stars as it is can be a fiddle to get it clean after use.

“Useless

I used this thermometer twice before it smashed when I was carefully washing it (having taken heed of previous reviews). Its a great shame as the thermometer was a good size and had useful indicators. Despite being extremely careful it has bitten the dust so I'm afraid I would have to agree with previous reviewers who have recommended not buying this product.
