Have had my Grand Remoska for a few years and it was well used, but it started tripping the electrics in April. I rang Lakeland to see if I could buy a new lid but they said to box the old one up (now collected) and they would send a complete new Remoska. Gobsmaked ! I have now received my new one. It was only today I read the reviews and the tripping appears to be a common fault. My old lid rattled but the new one doesn't so maybe that was the problem. I did not realise how much I used it until these last two weeks without one, waiting for the post. Thanks Lakeland.
