EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

Easiyo best thing since sliced bread. It's so easy to use and the yogurt is fab. I always use tepid water it makes better and firmer yogurt keeps better too. I made some before going into hospital two weeks ago and I'm still eating it - it's fine, keeps so well - I'm amazed I thought it would only keep for a week or maybe 10 days but it's still beautiful.

Non Guilty Pleasureby Mrs Dawne Metcalf

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

I bought my easiyo yoghurt maker 1 week ago, its so easy to make its fabulous now I can have a sweet treat anytime without feeling guilty about calories and fat content, best thing I have bought. My friends have even bought one after trying mine, I have even saved a fortune as I am not buying yoghurts at the supermarket just for them to go out of date. My easiyo yoghurts are eaten straight away and the handy little pots are great for packed lunches. I would recommend this to anyone, my daughter would not eat breakfast she now has a large bowl before she leaves the house to go to college.

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

This is something I have put off buying for years thinking it would not be used. I was so wrong. After trying the starter pack the only problem I had was needing more internal pots. The extra inners came with a bonus of lunch takers which are well used too as my other snack takers state they are not suitable for dairy products. The Greek yoghurt is particularly good. I am pleased with the sauces I have made from the recipe booklet. It may not save much money but is an excellent way to have fresh yoghurt available, no worries on shelf life or the weight of shopping bags. .

Easi Yo Yoghurt Makerby Anne Marie

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

I tried it last week and after 12 hours the yoghurt was runny, a little thicker in places. I have been used to the Lakeland electric one which makes the yoghurt lovely and thick. I read one of the reviews on here to refill with boiling water as the water had gone cold. I tried this and got a much better texture/thickness yoghurt. I shall have another go and do the same to see what happens. I did think the water would stay hotter for longer.

Wow! Great, creamy yoghurt that is easy to make and tastes great. I only purchased the £6.99 kit a couple of weeks ago but I'm already hooked!

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

I can't keep my family in EasiYo. I have one maker and two containers. My grand-children love it too. They come here after school and stay until their mum picks them up after work. I am thinking of buying another maker/containers while they are on special offer just to keep up. I add fresh Blueberries and Honey to the Greek, lovely, but Coconut is my favourite.

Freeze it!by Anne

5 stars out of 5

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

It is so easy to make yogurt with the EasiYo but I found that 1 litre was rather too much for me since I live by myself and do not eat it every day. I found I was eating more than I wanted to make sure it was not wasted. One day I decided to freeze it. I use cream pots with plastic lids which give me enough for 2-3 days each. By doing this I can make more than one variety and can choose which flavour I want to eat next. Once defrosted, the yoghurt only needs a good stir and it is like freshly made.

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

Tried it on the day I received it! And it was really nice and easy to make! 1 litre of yogurt seems a lot to have in your fridge, but actually it does not last very long!! Will have to go and do some more now!

I agree with most other posters. The design is simple and making the yoghurt is virtually foolproof. Try it - you'll love it.

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

I wish I bought one of these years ago!!!! So easy to use and can use in cooking too. Took me a long time to find out how long the made up yoghurt can be kept in the fridge - as not in any of the booklets, but it can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Perfect Yoghurtby Lisa

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

Tempted by the offer and reviews we bought one. Wow what delicious yoghurt - I can never go back to supermarket versions having tasted fresh now. The packets of the mix seem pricey (I think they work out the same as a good quality natural pro-biotic in supermarket), however the taste is far superior. The only problem is that because its soooo nice, we will be eating a lot more yoghurt !

Yummy!! and so simpleby Amy

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

I hope I am not tempting fate by writing a review after my first attempt but I am thrilled. My yoghurt maker arrived yesterday and I made up a batch of sweetened Greek style yoghurt last night at 7pm. I used room temperature bottled water and shook the mixture as per the packet instructions. I then filled it to the brim and made a bit of a mess when screwing the lid on but no big deal. At 7am this morning I had really tasty yoghurt on muesli (it was warm of course which was off putting, but the second taster at lunch time after it was chilled was even better!). So, its not only 5 star for the maker and its simplicity but really the flavour sachet I used I suppose. I have to admit I did get that from another retailer as I only wanted to buy one of a flavour at a time until I found a good one.

Wouldn't be without!!by Ruth

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

I have had one of these for several years. We have tried most of the flavours-I have 4 makers so I can make more than one batch at a time. Great for holidays too, as you only need to have a kettle. I make exactly as the instructions, using water straight from the tap and have never had a failure. I use it for quiches, sauces etc.as well as deserts...very useful if you have a diabetic in the family. REQUEST I still use my old filters(from Lakeland)although they are wearing out, have tried a coffee filter, but not so good. Any chance of bringing them back?

Try this, make yogurt in the usual way, and after about 4 or 5 hours, when water is cool, refil with boiling water and continue as usual. I find this makes it really thick and it works!!!!

Brilliant buyby Mrs Hirst

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

I bought the Easiyo some years ago as we were going to live in Yemen. As there are frequent power cuts I was worried about the refrigeration of yoghurt and also as the supermarkets at that time were guilty of switching off the electricity supply overnight to save electricity!! This is a perfect buy as we make it with bottled water and there is no worry once you have boiled the kettle and got the yoghurt going. My husband loves the yoghurt and of course living out there his gut needs all the help it can get!!!

Wow!by Clare

5 stars out of 5

EasiYo™ Yoghurt Maker

Not only is this yogurt easy to make but it tastes wonderful! I thought that it would take a while to get through a litre but didn't count on how often my husband would sneak a few spoonfuls and he doesn't much care for yogurt!! My only worry is running out of sachets. I have searched the net and it would seem that you can use the last 2 tablespoons (if you get there first!) to start the next batch with UHT and milk powder. I I haven't tried it yet but certainly will give it a go. Update; I still buy the sachets but dont ever worry if I run out as making it with UHT milk is a doddle. Mix in 2-3 tablespoons of your existing yoghurt with a litre of full fat UHT milk and put in the yoghurt maker overnight. Thats it! Wonderful yoghurt for 72p!
