I've used the large fat trappers before and have always been pleased with them so I thought I would try these. I was a little bit worried as the first time I used them as I cooked a chicken, and I like to baste it, and it worked a treat, all you do is tip the pan a bit and small amounts of juice comes out giving you time to baste and then the fat trappers just soak it up. And when you finish cooking you just throw it away!
