This is a showstopper that's as easy as can be, because the tin does all the work. I've used this four times since I bought it and every one has been perfect. It takes a lot of mix but it's worth it. I have done each one a vanilla sponge with a marmalade and orange oil for the secret filling, a decadent layer of chocolate buttercream to sandwich them together and then white and dark melted chocolate drizzled over the top, absolute perfection. I've already got requests for more.
