I was inspired by the Great British Bake Off to present a show stopper of a cake. Followed instructions for baking and greasing the tins my chocolate cake turned out well. I sandwiched it with chocolate and hazlenut spread and put fresh raspberry's in the pockets. Melted chocolate was drizzled over the top. It looked great and I was proud to offer to my guests.
