We've only started making Kefir for the last few months and have really noticed a difference to our general well being and certain movements. Its not the tastiest of things if you have it on its own but we mix the made up product into our overnight oats and the taste works perfectly. In terms of making the Kefir, it really could not be easier. Powder mixed with milk, leave and use!
