I wasn't sure how my garlic bulbs would roast in this but they do perfectly. And it's attractive enough to leave as part of a display on the side. Shame it's being discontinued.

When roasted, garlic takes on a sweet, savoury flavour that adds depth and richness to many dishes, and it makes an aromatic appetizer squeezed onto a hunk of crusty bread. And once cooked in this custom-made baker, your cloves will be soft, delicious and spreadable every time.

About the Lakeland Earthenware Range
If you’ve never cooked with earthenware, you might just be wondering what’s so special about it, but once you’ve given it a go, you’ll never look back.
