"Causing me a headache"

I bought this peel after using a wooden peel on a baking course. I have tried using this fro French bread and rolls but due to the holes in the peel the dough sticks to the peel and for the same reason I cant put flour on the peel. It is Ok for getting bread out of the oven but not for putting it in. I would welcome hearing from anyone who has managed to make this work.
