Had this for just a few days, and it's already revolutionised omelettes and scrambled eggs. Mixing used to be easy, before I developed arthritis in small joints, eg hands and wrists. The little shaker completes the task in seconds. A personal tip: add a few drops of cold water and swish it around the bowl before putting the eggs in. Looking forward to using it for marinades and vinaigrettes.
