"Mini Pie tin"
Very pleased with this product, I had the large one as a present, and when I saw the little ones, had to have it. I like the fact that you can change the size of the pies, very clever. Thanks a lot.

Silverwood Mini Raised Pie Set
Product number: 70640
Needing a faster, cheaper and more efficient way to produce his award-winning hand-raised pies, Perthshire-based pie maker Robert Corrigan approached Birmingham-based bakeware company Silverwood with his modern interpretation of Victorian game pie moulds – and this cleverly designed range of tins is the result. Built to last from silver-anodised aluminium for even heat distribution and easy clean-up, they won’t rust, blister or peel and their shape and construction ensure a lovely, even bake every time. But the unique feature that makes them so perfect for traditional raised pies is the removable ‘walls’, which lift away to uncover the part-cooked pie for all-round egg washing, before returning to the oven for final browning. This means that the sides of your pies, as well as the lids, can have that lovely, shiny golden glaze so characteristic of traditional British savoury pies.
A great way to cook leftovers or cheaper cuts of meat, there’s no end to the fillings you can try in the tasty pastry package of a raised pie: fantastic flavour combinations like chicken and bacon, pork and chorizo, winter vegetables or mixed game. And there’s no reason to stick with savoury – why not go sweet with traditional British fruit flavours like gooseberry or rhubarb?
This versatile tin helps you make six individual savoury or sweet pies – ideal if you want to serve a variety of fillings to suit a range of tastes or dietary requirements. And because all the walls are removable, you can rearrange them to make a variety of pies of different shapes and sizes, from 5.5 up to 38cm wide. Oven safe up to 220°.
41.5 x 12 x 4cm H.

Purchased this product with high hopes, Really disappointed at the quality of the tin itself, Unfortunately it was a flimsy cheap tin that looked like I bought it from the pound shop. Its functionality, taking in to account my other baking tins that i have purchased at a fraction of the price was by far the worst, the pastry stuck and didnt cook properly and was a whole extra effort separating the pie from the tin dividers, Also its not dishwasher safe !!!!! Do not buy if you want to buy a quality pie tin. Waste of £30!
We're sorry that you struggled with this. We'd recommend lining the base and greasing the sides.
I make my own pork pies and as there is only me who eats them this is ideal.
Thank you for placing your review. I'm delighted this pie set works so well for you!
I have just made pork pies with the pan it's a dream to use so easy I wouldn't hesitate recommend it in fact I want them all
Received ours this morning had a think and made the most succulent Salmon pies including a lemon/marscapone filler. The rersult was out of this world, really good, we then started thinking what else we could do..... the list is endless, such a versatile tin! But.... the recipe which comes with it for Hot Water Crust Pastry is lacking in a particular detail, TIME it tells you to remove the sides 10 minutes before cooking time is up but not how long you should cook for! Obviously this is an interesting topic as depending on the size of pie and the ingredients, I allowed 30 minutes, spot on!
