This worked first time, made the caramel chocolate puddings in the booklet, followed the instruction and they were perfect. Using a thermometer to make sure the caramel mixture reaches 120 deg. while cooking probably helped it harden, as well as having the freezer set cold enough, the fillings came out of the tray easily. Used cake release on the ramekins before baking the mixture & the finished fondants just slid out and looked exactly like the picture on the box. To clean in the dishwasher, push the silicone ramekins out, they become cup shaped which stops them filling with water.
