Love this. Got it as a Christmas present and decided to make the chocolate puddings with salted caramel filling for New Year's Eve. Gorgeous! Filling froze perfectly and popped out of the mould immediately. The filling DID sink when I put it in the pudding and cooked it (so the sauce was at the top of the pudding), but still, the overall taste was amazing. Not sure why some people's fillings aren't freezing?
