I have used this baking tin six times so far and every time the results have been great. I have baked sandwich cakes and even two batches of simnel cake (using 130 grams of flour). Almost any recipe that needs two 18cm (7") sandwich tins can be used without changes in this baking tin. A 30 mm pastry cutter placed upside-down on the worktop helps to push the little cakes out without burning fingers or damaging the hot cakes. My only regret is that I didn't buy two of these excellent baking tins.
