Fantastic whisk, I have had a few for years and given them as gifts. They are sturdy and rigid so able to get right into curves and corners
BUT:
They would be totally fantastic and 5 starred if they were given a heatproof handle, I have lost count of the number of times I have left the whisk in a sauce for a moment, returned to it and got a burnt hand!
Please Lakeland, why not give the handle a coat of silicone?! :)

Wonder Whisks (as used by Delia)

Such a multitude of uses from such a simple design. I don't actually own any other sort of manual whisk any longer as I prefer these for pretty much everything. Best of all, I have yet to find a lumpy sauce that can't be beaten, and they turn Roux sauce making into a snip which really improves ones "kitchen confidence". They are really good when reconstituting powder mixes or condensed soups. My only complaint is that I think Lakeland's price for these is on the high side. 5 stars for the product, not the price.
