“Good all round stool

I've had this stool for quite a few years now and originally bought it so I could reach high cupboards in the kitchen. However now we have a toddler who has been (theoretically) using the toilet now for over 6months, our stool is open all the time in our downstairs toilet. Its a perfect height to sit on and stand on to reach sinks and toilets. I can't comment on how easily it opens and closes as I am not sure I have ever collapsed it. I would say though once open it is secure, it has never collapsed and we've had no problems at all with little fingers getting stuck. The only problem I do have is that its light enough for our toddler to take it around the house and reach things she shouldn't! Like another reviewer, I'd much prefer it in another colour, as this is quite a drab blue. White or something a bit more exciting would be good (e.g. bright red or yellow),

“Just the job

I have just purchased a 4x4 and needed a helping hand to reach the roof to wash it! I also needed something to get higher to put the bikes and roof box on the roof rack of the golf and the 4x4.
I read these reviews and got the step stool. I had it for 3 weeks and have since bought another. It really is the business and folds flat to store in the boot when we go cycling. Brilliant. Thanks Lakeland.

“folds to nothing

I am really pleased with the step stool which enables me to reach to the back of top cupboards, and folds down to almost nothing. Needs a bit of care folding up, but after one pinched finger I learnt.
