Use these all the time for baking. I also use them for meatloaf-type recipes. Prevents sticking (I have old metal loaf tins) and makes cleaning easier.
Find this product so very useful in so much as it means it keeps my loaf tins clean and they can be reused straight away.
I have new loaf tins that are called 2lb but the liners are not long enough to cover the base and so I have to use two.
Not only do I use these parchment liners for cakes, I also use them for when making meat dishes when I have leftovers, I place what’s left into the liners then either freeze or place in fridge for next day. Reheat in the liners after fitting into a dish safes on washing up messy dishes as meat doesn’t touch the dish itself.
