I make loaf cakes more often than other sorts, and have found these liners an addictive improvement over greasing/flouring. They also help keep moist cakes (eg ginger) moist during storage.

Getting the right size for the 1lb tins is a must, though!

Have been using these for a while when baking 'loaf' style cakes, banana bread and so on. So much easier than greasing the tin or using something else to line it - I just grab the box, slip one of these in the tin and it's done. I had previously bought the wrong size, and now take the little bit of paper which you can see in the photo, to make sure I get the same one! Would recommend these to anyone who does a fair amount of baking, as they save time and cut out the fiddling! Only reservation is that you say they are reusable - I certainly wouldn't be able to reuse mine.

I have been using the paper baking cases for cakes also ginger and banana bread, I could not do without them. They save time and you can use them again without anything sticking. I can not buy them in Australia so stock up on my trips to UK or order via the web site. I cannot praise them enough.
