I really must disagree with those who found this greaseproof paper to be poor. I have used it for years and have no problems at all. I like to make frangipan or chocolate dessert cake and cut into portions, wrap each in some greaseproof, into plastic bags and freeze them. I can then take out one piece at a time for pudding. Never sticks and does the job.
