“Never Without It
”
by

I've been using baking parchment since the 70's when I started making Pavlovas. It quickly replaced greaseproof paper which, frankly pales in comparison, for all my baking needs. It is sooooo versatile, and is the first thing I reach for every time I'm in my nearest Lakeland shop which sadly is about 40 miles away. Thank goodness for websites! But back to the point in hand. This is probably one of the best products Lakeland has ever stocked.

“Hooray for Baking Parchment!
”
by

This is a great product I find it so easy to use, better than in a roll which always seems to roll off the table when cutting to size! These sheets are just about the right size for lining the walls of tins and base lining tray bakes. I have never been able to wipe the parchment clean and reuse and I dont really think that I would want to because of cross contamination. Never the less this is a great product.

“the cooks friend

this is really the most useful stuff in the world, I get through quantities of it. In fact, I wish they did bumper packs of 500 sheets, it's so incredibly useful. Wonderful as a mat for rolling out pastry, almond paste, or icing, the perfect size to line a non-stick baking tray whose non-stick has lost its non, handy for wrapping sandwiches, cheese, or things with a tacky surface (we use it for our home-made quince paste). And it works a treat to cut templates for airbrush painting, too.
