Oh dear - I've been buying this product for years, a great asset when baking and used almost daily, but it seems again that the cost-cutting gremlins have hit Lakeland again and the last roll I bought is of a noticeably lesser quality - no where near as thick as before.
Please take note Lakeland - we buy from you because of the superior quality compared to the supermarket :-(

I can only give great praise to this item. I have been using this product for about 15 years. I always buy the large roll without the cutter as it pops into the drawer and is always there whenever I need to use it. This is very much a 'top drawer' product and every kitchen should not be without it. I always tear a sheet to line foil for cooking fish etc and it is wonderful - retains the flavour and never never sticks. What great joy a product that really works.

This is the best baking parchment I have found (and believe me I have tried most). It is very easy to use-it doesn't try to curl up all the time- is superbly non stick and can easily be wiped clean to be reused. I would recommend it every time.
