Unlike most electric fly traps, ours isn't at all industrial looking, and instead, is silent, neat, hygienic and discreet - making it ideal for use in the home.
The flies' fascination with the light is their undoing; the soft glow lures them in, and they wing their way to a very sticky end. The glue board pulls out from the back, folding as it does, so you don't come into contact with the bugs, or even have to look at them! Includes 1 glue board.

I bought this product to deal with the flies caused by living in the countryside surrounded by livestock. It works well, but I have found 3 problems:
1. The replacement boards cost £3 each and only last 1 - 3 weeks depending upon the stage of the season. No bulk pack is available.
2. The front shield becomes brittle and when I touched mine gently to investigate the crack that had appeared, it shattered.
3. Lakeland does not sell replacement UV lamps. They are not easy to get hold of and they are expensive. Mine lasted less than 2 years.

I am extremely sorry to learn that you will not be ordering any more fly pods or glue boards. I wouldn't be without mine.

You will not be disappointed with this product. I live near lots of trees and flies have been a problem in my conservatory for years. Not any more!! I will have to buy more pods to have around the house.
