First time for me to write a review on anything but was so impressed with this little THINGAMADIG...I had to do it...will be buying another next time I visit the Lakeland shop....as a pressie for my sister..

I wasnt sure how good this would be but I am delighted I bought. It is so useful in many jobs around the garden. I had been struggling to get the root ball of a euphorbia out of my very clay soil but this did the job in cutting through the roots.
I intend to buy one for all my gardener friends for Christmas.

I'm a professional gardener, and was bought this as a gift by my mother recently. It's already the best hand-tool in my armoury! It's great for weeding in those awkward places, such as at the base of your roses and similar - you can use it like a mini-hoe. And it loves being used to dig out planting holes! Cutting through the (not TOO thick) roots of unwanted plants is a doddle, as is dividing plants for transplanting.
Brilliant - get one.
And throw out your traditional trowels!
