Not up to standard” by Sue
In theory a really useful product but after several uses the plastic has 'crazed'. Its not a cheap 'gadget' in the first place so this was really disappointing and definitely not up to Lakeland standards. I won't be replacing it until the reviews suggest this problem has been resolved. This is a shame as it works well but is obviously not going to last.
A note from the team: It's always disappointing to hear that one of our products has not been up to our usual standards. I'll be in touch about the faulty gravy skimmer, please accept my apologies. Polycarbonate is dishwasher safe, however to prolong the life span of the product we would advise that it washed by hand.

A WASTE OF MONEY” by Mrs Caroline Brooks
I bought this in your Norwich store just before Christmas. I tried to use it Christmas day and to be honest it's the worst thing I have ever bought from Lakeland! It did not work! So last night after cooking a pot roast I thought give it another go. What a mess and waste of time. This is going to the charity shop maybe it will work for someone else. If I still had the box I would return it.

Useful but the spout can block up” by Kate
I've only used this a couple of times, so haven't experienced the crazing or leakage that others have mentioned. I have found it really useful, but with one small design glitch - the spout is too narrow (I'm sure the old style one with the slider didn't have this problem) - so if your pan juices have bits in, which they invariably do, they block up the spout. Even small bits seem to do this.
