A fantastic idea poorly engineered. Despite various attempts I couldn't get the dough to release from inside the cutters. Finally, I cut the dough into rectangles. The cutters made good letter imprints on the biscuits, though. I made shortbread biscuits to go with a pudding served to friends using letters appropriate to each friends' name. No-one wanted to eat the biscuits as they wanted to take them home to show their other halves - until I reassured them that I had also made spares! A better design would be a cutting grid to cut out the biscuits as once imprinted they looked really good.
