If you enjoy baking, but don't like lining and greasing your bakeware, then Cake Release is just for you.
All you need to do is pour a small amount into a tin, and paint the surface with a pastry brush.
When it comes to 'turning out', cakes are released perfectly, even from the most intricately shaped tins, leaving behind a smooth surface, helpful when icing and decorating.

“What a release!

I used this with the hexagonal break off bee cake tin and to my delight it came out perfectly! I had opreviously laboured with butter and flour etc, and it always stuck so I was absolutely delighted to find something so effective and so easy to use. Will be buying lots more!

“this is perfection

I run my own cake business and bought this more as an experiment than with any high expectations. But now I am 100% sold on never going back to flouring cake tins. A tiny amount goes a very long way and gives a cake surface that's perfectly smooth for decorating. The final finish of a cake is totally dependant on a good start, and this gives it everytime! Thank you Lakeland, another great product.

“Wow!!

Just made my first cake using cake release - fantastic, even better than I had hoped. I don't have a pastry brush so I just used kitchen roll to spread it around. It was only an ordinary shaped cake tin but if you had seen me trying to get out previous cakes you would know this was much easier! I would definitely recommend giving this a go.
