Beautifully handmade from polished stainless steel, any cheese lover would be delighted to find this set under the tree. The solid knife glides through hard varieties, and even the softest cheeses transfer easily from the perforated one. You might want to treat yourself to a set too if you're planning on entertaining!

Polished Knot Cheese Knife Set

I bought these cheese knives because they looked superb and had a couple of good reviews, but I find I can't get on with them at all.
The problem is that they are so heavy at the handle end that it is very difficult to put any pressure on the cheese at the blade end - rather like a seesaw with only one person on it. The soft-cheese knife is for some reason easier to use than the hard-cheese one, but I'm afraid I've given up on both.
The two stars are for their looks. I can't give any for their practicality - sorry.

Polished Knot Cheese Knife Set

I bought the knotted cheese knife set some months ago to put aside as a gift. When I saw the quality and design of the products, I fell in love with them. They have stayed with me and I take great pleasure in using the knives. They are nicely balanced knives, a sensible weight, and do the job they are designed for. The additional plus is, that the knotted cheese knives are very pleasing to look at.
This set of cheese knives is domestic art at its best, on a platter.

Polished Knot Cheese Knife Set

Just bought these and they are great. Wasn't sure about the hard/soft option but it works really well especailly when you have a big cheese board you need more than one knife. The soft cheese knife is really effective - especially if you have a very soft gooey cheese. They look good too.
