"Less than happy"

I bought these cheese knives because they looked superb and had a couple of good reviews, but I find I can't get on with them at all. The problem is that they are so heavy at the handle end that it is very difficult to put any pressure on the cheese at the blade end - rather like a seesaw with only one person on it. The soft-cheese knife is for some reason easier to use than the hard-cheese one, but I'm afraid I've given up on both. The two stars are for their looks. I can't give any for their practicality - sorry.
