Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup
From the foothills of the Blue Mountains come these special wild hibiscus which have a remarkable effect when mixed with Champagne.
Simply place one of the hand-picked buds in a flute; spoon in some of the crimson syrup; fill with fizz, and wait with bated breath - before your very eyes, the petals will slowly begin to unfurl. As the bubbles settle a delicate bloom will be revealed... and your drink turns pink to boot!
Once the Champers has been quaffed, you can even eat the raspberry and rhubarb flavour flower.

Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup
We used these on our wedding day for the evening toast. The flowers taste nice and give a lovely colour to the champagne. Have got a few left over I am saving for Christmas!

Wild Hibiscus Flowers in Syrup
You may think that they are rather overpriced but if your having a special meal then these are going to impress your friends. Just put them in the glass and add some Carva or any fizzy drink and they are amazing. Taste lovely too.
