I went into Lakeland looking for a muslin bag to contain the carcases of fowl to make stock - for all the flavour with no little bones! Pam showed me the muslin squares, which were a bit small, and then suggested the jelly bag. Brilliant idea! I bought the bag and removed the elastic. After putting in both a small chicken and a duck carcase, which went in with room to spare, I fastened the bag with Lakeland food quality string. Success! And I have washed the bag ready for reuse. Thank you Pam and thank you Lakeland.
