I bought one of these because I wanted to run my fridge at the correct temperature, saving electricity. I have it standing on the glas shelf above the salad crisper, and it is easy to see if the red line is in the blue section for correct fridge temperature.

This has told me that my fridge is not cold enough, as I suspected, so it does the job! The dots on the scale go up in 2 degree sections so it's not that difficult to read but getting it to clip on properly was a problem and I've had to just sit it on a shelf so I can read it without having to pick it up.

I have three of these now, one was bought when I first discovered Lakeland Plastics (along time ago) and two recently.
I find they are great, for fridge and freezer, the red line can be a bit difficult to read if not placed at the correct angle.
