Electrically operated and costing pennies to run, the temperature is maintained at 40-47°C to make a litre of perfect, healthy yoghurt with no additives or preservatives.

Electric Yoghurt Maker

really lovely yogurt, used a packet of freeze dried culture (from an online auction site) with UHT milk to make my starter and 2 tablespoons of this with a litre of UHT milk makes lovely yogurt. Very happy after many previous disasters with other machines.
