How do you fry flat or drain fat, using the same grill? Sage’s AdjustaGrill & Press has adjustable tilt and height control, so you can angle the cooking plate to cook meat and drain fat, or use it level to fry foods like egg and pancakes.
With super-simple variable temperature controls up to 235°C, you can cook a properly sizzled steak on the super-hot sear setting, toast gourmet café-style sandwiches, grill delicate fish fillets and everything in between.
Flat base plate
Generously-sized, the flat base plate can be sloped for healthier, low fat fry-ups, draining any fat into the removable drip tray, or levelled to make pancakes, toasted sandwiches or fried eggs. Just adjust the feet.
Floating hinged top plate
It’s Sage’s multi-talented upper plate that makes the AdjustaGrill & Press so versatile. The floating hinge automatically adjusts to suit thick or thin meats, seafood or vegetables. Deeply-ridged, it presses a proper griddle-style pattern onto steaks, burgers, toasties and panini.
Adjustable grilling height
If you’d like to cook a delicate item, such as a tasty piece of fish or a scrumptiously cheese-topped rarebit, you can adjust the hinge to any of the seven height settings so the upper plate stays above the food without anything being squashed.
Coated with premium-quality non-stick, the plates are impressively easy to clean, and the lockable arms make the AdjustaGrill easy to store with space for the cord in the base. Includes a non-stick friendly cleaning spatula. Drip tray is dishwasher safe.
