When I got it home I was a bit worried by some of the reviews but I saw one saying to look at the YouTube videos, I did, and got a lot of clues. I've made mayonnaise ,whipped cream (thicker than I can do with a hand mixer without getting butter), whipped egg whites, ground a spice mix and puréed veg. The key is to use a small container. It's a great product but you do need to learn how to use it to its best effect.
