Mixed Pack Klippits

Klippits indeed do what it says on the tin, however they are not quite freezer proof. In the freezer they become brittle and if you try to unclip them straight from the freezer then the hinge tends to fail. Wait a minute or two and they are fine, but annoying if you are just trying to remove something quickly.

Mixed Pack Klippits

i brought these as a replacement for some bag clips i had received free with an order from lakeland, i purchased this pack as i thought it would be better value and indeed they are good value but what i didnt realise was that these are klippits and that the smallest clips in this set are narrower than my original set, they are ok but are not quite as sturdy as my previous ones, still this is a great pack if you want all different sizes, if i had known i would have brought the smaller packs but the idea and bag clips are a must for every house.

Mixed Pack Klippits

Does anyone else remember the days of little bits of wire with plastic or paper round them that you twisted and twisted to close a bag? Yes. Well so do I. And I'd never go back to it. One of these on practically any size bag and job done. I've just bought my second set. The first set are still going, after a number of years, but I'm using so many of them that I was getting low. I've never even had one break yet despite putting them in the dishwasher whenever I've finished with one. Freezer bags, food storage bags, pasta bags, rice bags, breakfast cereal bags, bags with your toiletries in to go in your suitcase etc, etc. I once bought a set from a well known door to door catalogue. Theirs broke after a couple of uses.

Mixed Pack Klippits

so much better than those fiddly wire ties, they clasp up tight so no air gets in or leakages, i have quite a few, lasting for a good long while.

Mixed Pack Klippits

I bought a bag of these for my mum. She uses them all the time, especially for her home grown veggies in the freezer. The kids love playing with the spare ones as well! Well done Lakeland
