Wasp Catcher
If wasps are making a nuisance of themselves, you need self-defence!
Pour a little beer or some other wasp attractant into the trap, then sit it on a window-sill or hang it up. They'll be lured into the trap, making it easy for them to check in, but hard to check out.
If you prefer not to use pesticides, this is an alternative method of wasp control.
Made in durable polypropylene, it will last for years.

“Mine kill hundereds evey year ...
” by G
I have a house that seems to attract wasps, and there is usually a wasp nest under the eaves somewhere. I bought the Wasp Catchers in 2006, so this is their 4th season in use; I have 3 of them hanging on a garden wall near to my patio area. My husband empties the Catchers every spring - he digs a hole & tips out the Catcher contents, so we can easily see that they truly do catch & kill hundeds of the little nuisances. He always refills the catchers with fresh, undiluted attractant -the one that Lakeland sell- as it seems to work so well. I agree that wasps seem to fly in/out, but obviously it does kill many, many more than it looks as if it's doing. As a bonus, wasps buzz round the catchers, rather than round us.

“this worked for me
” by Kathryn Livsey
I put a bit of honey into the trap and diluted it with some water. The wasps flew in and then drowned in the sweet mixture. So I found it worked fine, only trouble is having to empty the dead critters out - yeuch!

“It worked for me
” by Christine Linnett
I purchased 2 wasp traps before reading the reviews so after reading all the negative comments I was absolutely convinced that they wouldnt work and dismissed them as a complete waste of money before they even arrived and started to look elsewhere for an alternative. They arrived back end of last week. I just put them to one side. Sunday we had a barbeque and out came the wasps to torture us. I thought I would give the already doomed traps an airing. I used the wasp attractant that I bought with the traps; laced it with a bit of honey and some J2O that a wasp had already dive bomed into. I hung them up and waited. It became more interesting than the barbeque. One by one they went in and only one flew back out while I was watching. Up to today there are about 20 dead wasps floating in each trap. I placed them near a bright orange flowering plant that I have which I think helped to entice them. So this Doubting Thomas is well pleased with her purchase. Thank you Lakeland.
