Joseph Joseph Flex Toilet Brush Blue
Product number: 25734
At less than 10cm wide, the discreet, sleek white canister of the Joseph Joseph Flex Toilet Brush with its pale, duck-egg blue base will fit easily into the smallest bathroom or downstairs loo and matches every piece in the Joseph Joseph Bathroom range.
So far, so ordinary – however look closer and it’s the revolutionary brush head inside that’s benefitted from Joseph Joseph’s design rethink… unlike ordinary loo brushes, there are no long fibres to hold onto particles that might breed germs; instead, there’s a scrubby pad with widely spaced, integral dual-height bristles that shift dirt effectively and shed water quickly. There’s a row of extra-long bristles across the top to help you get under the rim and the curved handle is made from high quality stainless steel for longevity.
The creation of this bathroom innovation involved 2 years of trial and error to eliminate any dripping, clogging and warping issues (this might sound yucky but it is what it is!), with extensive testing to ensure that the materials they chose wouldn’t react with common cleaning products. The Joseph Joseph design teams all collaborated, with Marmite and onion chutney used as substitutes in their test toilets (yes, really!) until finally the brushes were ready to be taken home and tested in domestic scenarios. We think you’ll agree – it may only be a humble loo brush, but it is truly revolutionary – in fact we think it’s quite possibly the biggest development in toilet brushes we’ve ever seen!

This makes a necessary but normally unattractive loo brush so stylish. It's neat and easy to clean too.
I'm rarely disappointed with Lakeland but this is a total waste of money. It's 1 plus point is it's easy to clean, so more hygienic. If my loo had totally flat sides it might work but there's a small ridge and "corners" in the bowl. The brush does not flex in or around them meaning I have to also clean by hand using a cloth which was what I was trying to avoid. Perhaps if the "bobbles" were a bit longer or the head more flexible it may work but not as it is currently designed. As far as I am concern looking good is no substitute for functionality. I'm going back to a traditional brush.
We're sorry this didn't clean as expected.
My mother has three of these at her home, one for each loo. The are a triumph of form over function. I don’t find them to work well or easy to keep clean. I would not recommend and will be replacing them at the earliest opportunity., which galls me as I see they are over £20 each!
We're sorry the toilet brushes proved unsuitable.
just decorated bathroom and this product has fitted in nicely its so slim so does not take up much space
I decided to try this shape of toilet brush as my usual round brush wasn't getting into two straight corners at the back of the toilet bowl. I've been using for a couple of weeks now and I'm not disappointed it's cleaning all parts of the toilet bowl really well.
