"Poor quality"
Great idea and have loved The cordless function however build quality very poor. I have had the iron replaced on two occasions by Lakeland as the plastic Water inlet valve has disintergrated after only a couple of months (we are a family of 2 so it's not used that often) unfortunately will be returning iron number 3 today with the same problem after only 3 months. There is clearly a manufacturing fault with the item, you would expect better from such a well known brand. The positive from this chain of events - the excellent customer service from Lakeland when having to make the returns
