Love it!” by John Knews
What a great idea, works a treat too. Does what it is supposed to do.
Just use slightly more force” by Joan
I recently bought the same product and have not had any problems, I admit that you need to add a little pressure when inserting the plugs but they absolutely do all fit flush and work perfectly.
GREAT IDEA” by Olivia
When I saw this on line I thought, this is a great idea. However when it arrived, my plugs would not fit flush into the holes. My Macbook pro laptop charger would not fit flush, my home telephone charger plug had the same problem, my paper shredder plug also had the same problem. They all went in two thirds of the way and stopped. The only plug that could fit was my mobile phone charger. Not sure if I had a faulty one or the pivot only accepts plugs with shorter pins. Great concept but a shame. Would love to give it more than one star, but alas no. Already contacted Lakeland to return
A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review. We're sorry that your plugs would not completely go into the Pivot Power. When you reach a resistance putting the plug in, extra pressure will ensure that the plug then goes into its fitting. You just need to push harder. We'll be in touch shortly.
