Moths v. me (3 stars given, but actually can't review yet)” by Margaret Ruth
I've just bought 2 of these, one for airing cupboard and one for wardrobe, having spent out on Moth Stop last year for walk-in hanging space, so can't yet say if they work. Lost several nice woollens to moth-holes this year. Though hunting them nightly with a spider catcher, they had probably already eaten. I would comment that these are hard to activate, though. I had to enlist someone with a stronger thumb than me, and even he struggled. You have to push down the plunger, breaking a seal. Why do all these products only last 3 months? I would on that lasted a year, at least. Or a refill?
Cant review fully but...” by Vikki
Just wanted to reiterate what the previous reviewer has put. I ended up wearing at least half the liquid just trying to activate it. The product is nice, small and discreet (only arrived this morning so yet to see how it gets on with moths!). But the activation needs work.
Nice smell- shame about the plunger” by Mrs Blackstone
WHEN you can activate it the smell is pleasant but it is almost impossible to push the plunger down to activate it. I have ended up with a bruised swollen thumb joint and still can't push it down. I regret buying this product.
A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review. The plunger does need some pressure to push it down and this is best done by clasping both hands round the item and pushing down the plunger with both thumbs. We'll be in touch shortly.
