“It's just De-icer?!?

I think my car de-icer would have been more powerful. We persisted with it, but in the end the results were so bad the hairdryer came out to finish the job. Sorry Lakeland not a good find :(

I actually like this product, although it hasn't had very good reviews so far.
I sprayed it on left it 10 mins and returned to the freezer and started wipin. Sprayed again and left for another 10 mins and all the frost wiped off.
didnt need hot water, hair dryers.
Dont know if the above is what your meant to do but this worked for me

Disappointed that although instructions were followed and freezer itself wasnt hugely frosted over the product didnt make the process any simpler than previous attempts of manual defrosting. Wouldn't recommend as didn't do anything a bowl of hot water wouldnt do the same if not better.
A note from the team: We're sorry about the disappointment. For best results please scrape away as much ice as possible before each application. If the freezer is very iced up, it may require several applications to fully de-ice. After this, regular use of the HG freezer de-icer will then keep the ice at bay.
