Just the job!” by Bethan
At last - just what we needed for our sink. Looked for months until we found this. Big enough to take all our dishes and allows water to drain away. Tidies away nicely upright on the kitchen windowsill so that we can keep our limited workspace area free for other use. Briliant!
Wanted to love it but...” by Mrs Harrison
I don't own a dishwasher so I need a large size drainer to save me having to stop and 'put away' mid wash. This is certainly large and has lovely tall plate holders (even my really large plates didn't fall over in it). However, the cutlery drainer is wholly inadequate - not tall enough and cutlery immediately falls over and through the sides. More importantly, there is no slope on the 'mat' so no drainage - I ended up with a daily puddle underneath. Please fix it Lakeland - it could so easily be perfect. Lakeland, as usual, were superb in giving a refund; top marks for customer service.
A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review. It's good to know the issue's been resolved for you. I've passed your improvement suggestions on to our buying team.
Wish I hadn't bought this” by Elspeth Todd
I bought this drainer to replace one I'd bought from Lakeland about 10 years ago. Its a great size but my pasta dishes do not stay upright when draining and I've been worried they'll smash upon falling over. Cutlery falls through the gaps of the cutlery drainer as the gaps are just a bit too big. The cutlery drainer is also a little small, especially when compared to my previous one. I wish Lakeland hadn't tweaked with the old design as its really not that good and I would advise against buying this. Sorry Lakeland - you got this one wrong.
A note from the team: I'm sorry to learn that the dish drainer had not been suitable for your needs. I'll been in touch shortly.
