balancing act” by Sue
This drainer hasn't been a huge success for me. My Denby plates don't stand up in the grooves so I have to pile them up.
I decided my previous review was a little harsh. This rack does have its good points. There isn't a hint of any rust after several months, and it is a really sturdy piece of kit. The cup hooks on the sides are useful, although no normal sized mug would balance as shown in the picture; I hang them by the handles and this works well.
In short, if your plates have a straight rim with no lip then this rack might be the one for you.
A note from the team: I'm sorry that the drainer hasn't been as successful as expected. I'll be in touch shortly.
Poor design” by Ken Brand
I am extremely disappointed with the design of this drainer. The horizontal wires are too close together so my plates lean over or flop. The cup/mug loops are not practical in a loaded tray. The best part is the plastic tray, which I am using with my old discarded drainer. Really for me a waste of money

Good product” by Mrs Callingham
Have to say I'm happier with this product than previous reviewers. It isn't huge - so don't expect it to hold too many place settings, but I particularly like the way it allows cups to drain (there is a knack to placing them). Could be improved by making the drip tray self draining rather than allowing water to accumulate.
A note from the team: Thanks for placing your review.I've passed your suggestion to the buyer for consideration.
