“No more angry landlord

This product removed the chewing gum that was trodden in to the new carpet that our landlord had put in. Stain Zappa saved us the expense of having to call in a professional carpet cleaner to remove the gum!
I found carpet cleaner was not actually needed as recommended on the bottle, but a small drop of washing up liquid works just as well after using Stain Zappa. Although it took quite a lot of rubbing to get rid of the gum (after the majority of it was removed) I would recommend this to others with the same dilemma.

“Useless!

I was very disappointed with this. Three applications failed to remove a wine stain which subsequently disappeared after soaking in a solution of a well known oxy powder. This was a complete waste of money and time.
I've given it one star only because there was no option for zero stars.

“did not work on clothing stains.

i gave this a go despite a negative review, but i agree with Christine. a soak in a popular stain remover removed stains this could not. i have not tried it on carpet however, like Antonia, so perhaps it depends on the surface/stain.
