simplehuman Tabletop Bin
For table, desk or worktop, our little bin is just the right size to collect eggshells, used tea bags, tissues and more. Brushed stainless steel with a proper swing lid, which we think is rather fun, and the top lifts off for easy cleaning.

Great teabag bin!” by Sarah Bennett
I had been looking for a mini teabag bin for ages, then found this one. The brushed stainless steel construction is stylish and blends in with other kitchen ware. I like the fact that the lid is removable and it flips well since it is weighted. It is such a great little bin that I have ordered more for family. With respect to other reviewers' comments I had the glue residue left after peeling off the label too. However, I found a simple solution - soak it in boiling hot water for a few mins then rub at the edge of the glue with a cotton cloth (I used a tea towel). It took me 20 mins to get it off (you will need to keep dipping it back in the hot water every few mins) but I managed to do so without scratching the metal.
Highly Recommended!!!” by Emma
I use this as a teabag bin and find it absolutely fantastic! I've had a couple of different ones previous to this but this one is by far the best. Well worth every penny!
A label from hell!” by Neil Booth
The product is great but it comes with a large label glued to it that occupies about a sixth of the surface area which is virtually impossible to remove. First you spend 10 minutes peeling bit after bit of the printed surface away. This leaves a thick layer of glue which is resistant to all the normal solvents and cleaners that I tried on it. Finally white spirit turned it into a gooey mess which after a further 15 minutes I finally got rid of. Now I am left with the label base which seems welded to the bin and that I am resigned to just having to live with. How crazy to ruin a nice little product in this way.
A note from the team: We're concerned to learn you were unable to remove the label from the tabletop bin. Our custoemr services team will be in touch shortly.
