Hagerty® Dry Cleaner Kit

Totally agree with above customer on more cloths in packet for use with same plastic bag. What are you doing about it Lakeland? And yes, fab product, does exactly what it says and saves shedloads of money.... (five stars if you can arrange to do the above!) I come back to this review on 13 Sept 10, having realised I should have looked at the latest catalogue before opening my mouth. Lakeland DO have refill packs with 5 cleaning sheets. BRAVO LAKELAND. I sincerely hope that you NEVER remove it from the catalogue. You have many product types / brands that are effectively differing models of the same kind of thing to give customers a choice - which is good - but there is only ONE dry cleaning kit. For what it does, it is brilliant and saves your customers, me included, money. As mentioned by others, it may not be quite up to the standard of an expensive, specialist dry cleaners that may be occasionally needed, but for week-to-week stuff, I repeat IT IS BRILLIANT. Please, please, please do not discontinue it. It took me long enough to persuade you to stock it. See my earlier, original request to Customer Services from way way back. Meanwhile, thank you - you are the best, most customer-focused company that I have ever dealt with, over more years than I care to admit to!

Hagerty® Dry Cleaner Kit

This is great for school blazers (providing you sponge off obvious marks first). The result is as good as the Dry cleaners (and there's no chance of forgetting to pick them up before the start of term !)

Hagerty® Dry Cleaner Kit

I love lakeland products, and have never before had a complaint about one. This product however does nothing more than add a light fresh scent to CLEAN laundry. With suits that are soiled (nothing major either...) it does nothing. To put it blunty armpit and crotch areas will obviously continue to be soiled even after following the directions and repeating the process several times. I am giving up.

I find it excellent and use it regularly on our suits and trousers. Re the point about underarm staining, perhaps prior spot cleaning as per instructions would help. Also it would probably make sense to clean things very regularly, rather than let dirt or perspiration accumulate. Anyway, it works brilliantly for us - so Lakeland, please please please do not ever remove from catalogue (I was amongst those who originally begged you to introduce such a product as once upon a time used to be available from regular supermarket sources).

Hagerty® Dry Cleaner Kit

I was amazed to read that some customers were not happy with Hagerty Dry Cleaner Kit.Obviously I can only speak of my experience useing them. I am delighted with them, and always see that I have some on standby. I use them for items around the house. For example I have two sets of french windows and I used to dread taking them the dry cleaners, and in some cases washing them. I now put one large curtain at a time, with one cloth, straighten them and leave overnight and hey presto they are clean and don't even need ironing.Whatever you alter Hagerty please don't stop making them.!!

Sorry but I consider this product to be a complete waste of money. I had 2 jackets, hardly worn but a bt grubby round the collars, & they emerged exactly the same as before. I now need to take them to a proper dry cleaners so it's all worked out very expensive for 2 garments!

Hagerty® Dry Cleaner Kit

Having used the product, it is really only useful in freshening up clean clothes or worn once items which would stand a freshen up without resorting to the dry cleaners. Clothes that require dry cleaning should be sent to the professionals! Also refills of sheets would be useful rather than having to resort to purchasing the whole kit each time.

Hagerty® Dry Cleaner Kit

I have just 'dry cleaned' a dress with this product, whilst it is 'freshened' it has not cleaned it at all and I am now going to have to take it in to be dry cleaned properly. I ignored the negative review posted here which was a mistake, don't bother with this unless your clothing is already clean and you just want it freshened up.
