Reviews for this product weren't very good, but with one free I went ahead anyway. They are actually very useful. Easy to use, providing you don't over or under fill. Over fill and the zip won't hold or lets in air because it isn't flat, under fill and the air won't remove. Bit of a squeeze but just got a king size duvet in one and saved half a wardrobe. Would highly recommend these.

“A lot bigger than you would think.

I bought both the extra large and jumbo size of these bags when they were on special offer. I was surprised how big they were but alas this meant that they are hard to store. As I have a cat I can't store them under the bed as she would scratch them, they are too big to fit in the wardrobe and if I tried putting them in the loft (which would defeat the point of having them as I hoped to keep spare pillows, duvets etc on a shelf in the wardrobe) I fear that I would damage them trying to fit them through the loft hatch.

“Great for our caravan

2 Pack-Mate® Extra Large Vacusac Bags
Instead of taking all our bed linen, duvets, pillows, cushions, towels etc home when we close up our caravan for the winter, we pack everything away in these wonderful bags. We've never had any problems with them, and everything is just as air tight in March when we open up again.

“Vacusac review

Are these really guaranteed for 5 years (see previous review)? I found them brilliant at first - but after about 4 seasons (=2years) use they reduce down as before, but then slowly inflate again over a few days. On one bag the plastic twisty part came off and has now disappeared completely! I think they are expensive for such a short useful life.

I have bought 4 packs of these bags (8 in all) and they are great. Unlike the other negative reviews, I have found the bags to stay deflated having tried numerous other products that just dont do the job. They are gauranteed for 5 years, dont be put off, these are the one to buy.

“Poor quality

As the other reviewer said, these are great when they work, but I have bought several of these bags and most of them don't. I find that most of them fill up with air again quite quickly and have been very disappointed with their quality.

I purchased these from my local shop and was a bit disappointed, I purchased them when they were on offer so got 2 packs I opened the first pack and one bag was split which I didnt notice at first till it was half full, used the other 3 to store clothes and after 3 days 2 of them were full of air again so I sucked it all out again and waited and again they were full of air the 4th one is still working and still full of the clothes and still as flat as a pancake, so when they work they are great. I have purchased other space saving bags that are more expensive but they work really well.
