Antibacterial Dishcloths

I bought three packs of these. Only had them a week and was really happy a little bulky but really great. Washed up well with first wash and now washed for second time and they have great big ladders so am now really disappointed. Hoping I've just got a dodgy batch.

Antibacterial Dishcloths

Having been a fan of the white lancashire cloths for many years I decided to buy 4 packs of these and wouldn't go back to the others now. They are fantastic quality, used daily in our kitchen at and washed every night. Still look like new, wonderful value and will last for years. Would use them for bathrooms if there was another colour provided to segregate the different use.

Antibacterial Dishcloths

I have had 2 packs of these cloths and agree with other reviewers that they do ladder and become misshapen. They also shrink by about 40% after being in the washing machine. I have not noticed any smells, because I use a clean one everyday.

Antibacterial Dishcloths

I bought these cloths on the basis of a previous review but I have to disagree. In my opinion they do begin to smell quite quickly HOWEVER I have found out this morning that they make a very good floor cloth. I suppose they will still smell at some point but it is not quite so important if they are used for this purpose. Thank you Lakeland for refunding but perhaps you could review them as a floor cloth?

Antibacterial Dishcloths

I don't know whether I had a bad batch, but within a week of using each cloth they started to unravel and I found I was washing with holes rather than cloth. Most disappointing as I need a sturdy dishcloth because I run a B&B. Other than that I felt that this cloth was far better quality than the usual run-of-the-mill rag, and it didn't smell. Also to have an antibacterial dish cloth is useful, if not essential, in my business. Can you come up with one that stays together?

Antibacterial Dishcloths

These dishcloths certainly do what they say on the packet. Can't remember how long I've had them - at least 18 months, I should think - and they have only just started to lose their anti-bacterial properties. My only reservation is that some of them (I bought two packets) started to pull away from the seams (and therefore ladder) on the very first wash - others have been fine. Good enough for me to order another lot though, as there doesn't seem to be anyone else producing a non-smelly dishcloth.

Antibacterial Dishcloths

I loved these dishcloths when I first started using them and I gave a pack to my mum. When I spoke to her last she commented on how she didn't think they were that much better than the ones she got from her local market and that these cloths tend to wear in the middle. I gave it some thought and then looked at my ones. They all had holes in the middle but were excellent condition around the outside. I can't recall that happening with other dishcloths I have had in the past. Shame the middle can't last as well as the edges!

Antibacterial Dishcloths

I have purchased these in the past and been happy enough with them and so bought the offer of 3 packs to replenish stocks - but what a let down these have been! They come out of the washer in very weird shapes that can't be straightened out which is really annoying and as other reviewers have said they develop holes very quickly - what a mess. I shall be sticking to microfibre cloths in future.
