"Just brilliant for burnt on stuff"
23 October 2009
You know how pans get those brown marks on the outside - where fat went over the edge and especially if you use gas, it's cooked on before you'd even got the pan off the cooker and to the sink at the end of cooking? This is the stuff. I thought my old stainless steel hob was probably past redemption, with the stuff that gets burnt on just around the rings unless you're much more conscientious than I am. Well, I wouldn't say that was an entirely effortless clean up, but it wouldn't have been possible at all with most other cleaning products on the market. This and an old toothbrush will see you a long way on most hard surfaces. I wouldn't try it on the inside of my oven though - it is abrasive, after all.
